Strawberry Fields No-Bake Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Honey Maid Crumbs
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 4 pkg. (250 g each) brick light cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup plus 2 Tbsp. sugar, divided
  • 1/2 cup strawberry jam
  • 16 fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 3 cups thawed Cool Whip Light Whipped Topping

Instructions

  • Mix  crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Beat  cream cheese spread and 1 cup sugar in large bowl with mixer until well blended. Add jam; mix well. Use fork to mash strawberries with remaining sugar. Add to cream cheese mixture with Cool Whip; mix well. Spread over crust.
  • Refrigerate  4 hours or until firm.
