Smoked Salmon & Cucumber Topper Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup light soft cream cheese product
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped smoked salmon
  • 1 Tbsp. finely chopped radishes
  • 1 tsp. finely chopped fresh chives
  • 1/2 tsp. each lemon zest and juice
  • Stoned Wheat Thins Crackers Baked with Whole Grain
  • 12 thin cucumber slices

Instructions

  • Mix  all ingredients except crackers and cucumbers.
  • Top  crackers with cucumbers and cream cheese spread mixture.

Recipe Tips

Special ExtraGarnish with additional chives.

NoteIf serving a larger group, double or triple the cream cheese mixture; spoon into serving bowl. Serve as a dip with additional crackers and thicker-cut cucumber slices.
