Sizzling Salmon Burgers for Two Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 can (213 g) salmon in water, drained, flaked
  • Ritz Crackers Baked with Whole Grain, finely crushed (about 1/3 cup)
  • 2 Tbsp. Miracle Whip Calorie-Wise Spread
  • 1 green onion, sliced
  • 2 whole wheat dinner rolls (3-1/2 inch), split
  • 1 plum tomato, cut into 4 slices
  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves
  • 2 Tbsp. reduced-calorie creamy cucumber dressing

Instructions

  • Mix  first 4 ingredients; shape into 2 patties. Refrigerate 2 hours.
  • Cook  in nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 4 to 5 min. on each side or until golden brown on both sides.
  • Fill  rolls with patties and remaining ingredients.

Recipe Tips

SubstituteSubstitute 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley for the onions.

Make AheadShape salmon mixture into patties as directed. Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator up to 24 hours before cooking as directed.
