Open-Face Turkey Cheddar Melts Recipe

Ingredients

  • 24 Ritz Entertaining Selections Buttercrisp Crackers
  • 24 thinly sliced deli smoked turkey breast (about 240 g)
  • 3 small plum tomatoes, cut into 8 thin slices each
  • 24 slices cracker-sized sliced cheddar cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard

Instructions

  • Heat  oven to 350°F. Place crackers on baking sheet; top with 1 slice each turkey, tomato and cheese.
  • Bake  3 min. or until cheese begins to melt; top with mustard.

Recipe Tips

Use Your MicrowavePlace eight topped crackers on microwaveable plate. Microwave on HIGH 15 sec. or until cheese begins to melt. Repeat with remaining topped crackers.
