Mandarin Almond-Chicken Bites Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup finely chopped cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup drained canned mandarin orange segments, chopped
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 Tbsp. sliced almonds, toasted
  • 2 Tbsp. Miracle Whip Calorie-Wise Spread
  • 24 Stoned Wheat Thins Crackers Baked with Whole Grain

Instructions

  • Combine  chicken, oranges, cranberries, almonds and Miracle Whip; cover.
  • Refrigerate  at least 1 hour.
  • Spoon  onto crackers just before serving.

Special ExtraGarnish with chopped fresh parsley just before serving.
