Kielbasa & Slaw Baseballs Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 kielbasa (smoked polish sausage) links (125 g)
  • 24 Ritz Crackers
  • 1/4 cup coleslaw
  • 2 Tbsp. yellow mustard

Instructions

  • Cook  sausage in nonstick skillet on medium heat 5 min. or until heated through, turning occasionally. Transfer to cutting board; cut each into 12 slices.
  • Top  crackers with coleslaw and sausage.
  • Spoon  mustard into small resealable plastic bag. Cut small piece off one bottom corner of bag; use to pipe mustard into lines on sausage slices to resemble baseballs as shown in photo.
