Fieldberry Dessert Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cups Honey Maid Crumbs
  • 1/4 cup non-hydrogenated margarine, melted
  • 1 pkg. (250 g) brick cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1-1/2 cups strawberries, crushed
  • 3 cups thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping
  • 2 pkg. (85-g each) Jell-O Strawberry Jelly Powder
  • 2 cups  mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries), washed and thoroughly dried

Instructions

  • Mix  crumbs and margarine; press onto bottom of 13x9-inch dish.
  • Beat  cream cheese and sugar with mixer until blended. Stir in crushed strawberries and Cool Whip. Spread over crust.
  • Prepare  jelly powder as directed on package for Quick Set Method. Stir in berries. Pour over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm. Refrigerate leftovers.

Recipe Tips

SubstituteUse 1-1/2 cups of raspberries, crushed or 1 can (398 mL/14 fl. oz) crushed pineapple, drained instead of strawberries.
