Cranberry, Citrus & Chocolate Cheesecake Cups Recipe

Ingredients

  • Peek Freans Lifestyle Selections Cranberry Citrus Oat Crunch, coarsely crumbled
  • 1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek-style yogurt
  • 1/4 cup light soft cream cheese product
  • 1 oz. white baking chocolate, melted
  • 1/2 tsp. orange zest
  • 1 small navel orange, sectioned
  • 12 dried cranberries

Instructions

  • Spoon  cookie crumbs into 4 shot glasses or small liqueur glasses.
  • Mix  next 4 ingredients until blended; spoon over crumbs.
  • Refrigerate  1 hour. Top with fruit.
