Caramel-Pecan CHIPS AHOY! S’mores Recipe

Ingredients

  • 24 Chips Ahoy! Original Cookies
  • 1 bar (100 g) Cadbury Dairy Milk Milk Chocolate, broken into 12 (2-square) pieces
  • 24 pecan halves
  • 12 marshmallows, toasted
  • 2 Tbsp. caramel sauce

Instructions

  • Place  12 cookies, top sides down, in single layer on plate; top with milk chocolate pieces, nuts and marshmallows.
  • Drizzle  with caramel sauce.
  • Cover  with remaining cookies, top sides up, to make 12 s’mores. Press together gently to secure.

Recipe Tips

VariationHeat oven to 350°F. Do not toast the marshmallows. Place 12 cookies, top sides down, in single layer on baking sheet; top with marshmallows. Bake 1 to 2 min. or until marshmallows are puffed. Drizzle with caramel sauce. Place remaining cookies, top sides down, next to topped cookie halves on baking sheet; top with milk chocolate pieces and nuts. Use spatula to carefully flip marshmallow-topped cookie halves, 1 at a time, then place over milk chocolate-topped cookie halves to make 12 s’mores. Gently press top cookie halves into s'mores to secure.
