Black Bean Ranch Dip Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 can (19 fl oz/540 mL) no-salt-added black beans, rinsed
  • 1/2 cup reduced-calorie ranch dressing
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  •  Christie Wheat Thins 37% Less Fat Crackers

Instructions

  • Blend  all ingredients except crackers in blender until smooth.
  • Serve  with crackers.

Recipe Tips

Variation Serve dip with homemade tortilla chips instead of the crackers. Heat oven to 350ºF. Cut flour tortillas into narrow triangles; place in single layer on baking sheet. Brush lightly with reduced-calorie Italian dressing. Bake 10 min. or until tortilla strips are crisp and lightly browned on both sides, turning after 5 min.
