Apple-Cheddar Stackers Recipe

Ingredients

  • 100 g (1/2 of 200-g pkg.) reduced-fat old cheddar cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 small apple, cut into 24 thin slices
  • 24 Ritz Crackers Baked with Whole Grains

Instructions

  • Heat  oven to 350°F. Cut cheese into 12 slices; cut each slice crosswise in half. Mix sugar and cinnamon in small bowl. Add apples; toss to coat.
  • Place  crackers on baking sheet. Top with cheese and apples.
  • Bake  3 min. or until cheese is melted.

Recipe Tips

Use Your MicrowaveTop crackers with remaining ingredients as directed. Place 8 topped crackers on microwaveable plate. Microwave on HIGH 20 to 25 sec. or just until cheese begins to melt. Repeat with remaining topped crackers.
